We are Landon and Sanya Cunningham, the husband & wife team behind Black Sheep Custom Homes.
Landon has an extensive construction background, starting with commercial construction, multi-family residential and fixer uppers. His true passion lies in building personal homes. After remodeling our own home (first family home) he became even more passionate about creating homes for others that they will love for years to come.
Sanya combines a background in finance with a passion for design, real estate, and helping families bring their dream homes to life. She enjoys guiding clients through the home-building process and turning their vision into a place they are proud to call home
