Black Sheep Custom Homes is a custom home building and remodeling company based in Middle Tennessee. Founded by husband-and-wife team Landon and Sanya Cunningham, the company specializes in fully custom new home builds, high-quality remodels, home additions, and detached garages. Their tagline—Built Different. Built Better.—reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and building homes that stand apart from cookie-cutter production construction.

Black Sheep Custom Homes was founded by Landon and Sanya Cunningham. Landon brings an extensive construction background spanning commercial construction, multi-family residential, and custom home projects. His passion for building custom homes grew through firsthand experience remodeling the family's own home, and that experience drives his hands-on, personal approach to every project. Sanya brings a background in finance combined with a strong passion for design and real estate. She guides clients through the home-building process and helps translate their vision into a home they will love for years to come.

Black Sheep Custom Homes builds primarily in Middle Tennessee. Their completed projects include custom homes in Columbia, TN and remodels in the greater Nashville area.

"Built Different. Built Better." is more than a tagline—it's the philosophy behind every Black Sheep project. Unlike production builders who construct the same floor plans repeatedly, Black Sheep builds each home from scratch around the client's specific vision, lifestyle, and long-term needs. "Built Better" reflects Landon's commitment to using quality materials, sound construction practices, and the same care he would give his own home. The result is a one-of-a-kind home built to last a lifetime.
